The cutter blade fastening system for a rotating mower comprises a cylindrical bearing pin (4) connected to the mower disk (1). The blades (7) are flat, have a mounting bore and can be turned upside down flexible joints. They are cylindrical over the whole section below the disk and are fitted with a disk spring (16) below the pin. This can be moved from a first position where it does not overlap the edges of the pin and which allows the blade to be fitted, to a second position where it overlaps the edge of the pin and the blade is locked in place.
