Aging prophylaxis effectiveness is evaluated as difference sigmaÓ= (Ai-Ac) - (Ci-Cc), where sigma is the aging prophylaxis effectiveness, Ai is the biological age initial value at the beginning of the course, Ci is the biological age current value at the time the course is over. Ac is the calendar age at the beginning of the course, Cc is the calendar age at the time the course is over. If sigma>5, the result is evaluated as very good one. The value being between 3 and 5, the result is evaluated as good one. The value being between 1 and 3, the result is evaluated as satisfactory one.
