The upper fanlight (8) which is mounted above the door casement on the locally fixed frame is secured against sliding vertically by at least one bolt element (23, 25) which is horizontally displaceable and supported on the fanlight. The bolt element interacts with a fastener (23a, 24a) on the locally fixed frame. Where two bolts are provided one is mounted near a first vertical edge of the fanlight and the other is near an opposite second vertical edge.
