PROCESS OF CONSTRUCTION OF BASE FOR CLUSTER OF WELLS ON PERMAFROST

oil and gas industry. SUBSTANCE: process of construction of base for cluster of wells on permafrost includes preparation of sites and drilling of production wells. On completion of drilling of production wells and installation of gusher valves first bearing base of site is constructed by way of break of axes of wells to accommodate piles, later piles are installed. Slotted metal flange beams are laid on piles with calculated clearance perpendicular one another. Lower flange of each beam is made fast to pile on opposite sides of section by fastening angles. Fastening tube carrying four bushings arranged at angle of 45 degrees with regard to fastening tube is made fast to each pile. Supporting tube is inserted into each bushing, other end of tube is made fast to brace located perpendicular to supporting tube. Ends of each brace are put into bushings arranged in horizontal plane on mutually perpendicular beams at right angle with respect to wall of double-T shape and in center of its section. Bushings are installed in center of span of each beam. Two adjacent bushings placed perpendicular one another are located on opposite sides of its section. They are made fast to clamps repeating configuration of profile of section of beam. Trestle platform is erected on assembled structure of bearing base. Metal and wooden beams are laid and made fast by means of fastening angles and clamps.
