The heating body (1) is surrounded by a frame (4), on which the front plate is preferably releasably fixed. The frame has a larger rectangular or quadratic shape matched to the height, width and depth measurements of the heating body. The frame is fixed to the room wall (2). It comprises a base frame (5), in which a groove is so machined around the frame on the room inside, that the internal dimension of the frame on the room inside is greater than that on the wall side, so that the front plate accommodating one or more pictures can be accommodated.
