The vehicle has an inflatable float (2) which can be attached to a bicycle (1) or other cycle, so that little rearrangement is required to alter it from land use to water use or vice versa. A pump may be included, coupled to the bicycle drive so that the float can be more readily and rapidly inflated by the cyclist's own muscle power.
