After intake of air or working mixture into cylinder at one stroke, content of this cylinder is transferred into other cylinder in which other stroke is executed, then final filling of cylinder with air or working mixture is provided after which, at the same stroke, additional amount of air or working mixture is taken into this cylinder by transferring it from other cylinder in which preceding stroke is executed. Proposed engine has cylinder block consisting of N cylinders where N is whole number multiple of six. Valve system of each cylinder has additional air or working mixture intake valve and additional air or working mixture intake valve for intake of air or working mixture transferred from other cylinder in which preceding stroke is executed.
