SUBSTANCE: plant includes chamber with mineral filler whose outlet is connected to transportation line with nozzle at the end; vessel with liquid whose outlet is connected by hose to end part of transportation line; air chuck whose cylinder is secured to hollow central boss of chamber body; rod with pipe passed through boss into chamber and overlapping its outlet hole; air supply main line on the side of inlet of piston cavity of air chuck; rod and control panel. Rod of air chuck is made in the form of sleeve accommodating pipe whose one end is secured in unit of conjugation with air supplying hose, and the other end inside chamber is located inside guide pipe with cleaner and secured to lower base of air chuck screwed into boss of chamber end face to which valve and additional bosses are fastened and through which pipes are passed which are connected by air ducts to air distributor connected with holes to control panel, with inlet of vessel with liquid and installed on additional boss of end face of chamber body. End of transportation line from chamber is connected to nozzle through handle of liquid supply control to which hose of vessel with liquid is connected.
