<p>A urea derivative represented by the general formula (I) or a salt thereof: wherein R1 is hydrogen, alkyl, etc.; X is hydrogen, halogeno, alkyl, aryl, arylamide, etc.; Y is oxygen or sulfur; and Z is a hydrocarbon or heterocyclic group containing a nitrogen atom through which Z is bonded to the carbon atom of C=Y. The urea derivative or salt thereof is a novel compound having VLA-4 antagonistic activity, and is useful in a medicine as a VLA-4 antagonist.</p> |
