<p>A diagnostic method whereby the infection with Helicobacter pylori can be economically diagnosed without imparting any pain to subjects and without resort to any special apparatuses. Since a single antibody is used in this method, a high specificity can be achieved without showing any cross reactivity and no variation arises from lot to lot, which facilitates the quality control. Moreover, a high sensitivity can be achieved by this method even in case of using a single monoclonal antibody. A monoclonal antibody against H. pylori catalase as an antigen.</p> |
