The front panel of the back board is hinged on a rectangular wooden frame which has fixed vertically across it the looping bar sheathed in a tube of insulating material the same length and clamped at both ends in clips of moulded PVC which are a push fit over the sleeve and are secured to the wooden rails at the top and bottom using wood screws driven by a compressed air motor screwdriver to avoid drilling the wooden rails. Ease of installation is the advantage.
