The invention concerns a method designed to eliminate phenomena of obstructive sleep apnea, which consists in: directly communicating the respiratory tract with outside atmosphere during the period when breathing function is deemed to be non-obstructive, thereby enabling normal breathing; and isolating said respiratory tract from the atmosphere outside said period in order to provide it with pressure and restore normal breathing. The invention also concerns an apparatus for implementing said method. |
