PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and exactly supply such kinds of small parts as studs, bushes and pins from an oblique surface accumulating part to a carrier channel. SOLUTION: A strut 6 slides along a holding and separating wall 3 and is provided with a narrow upper surface 6a inclined obliquely downward toward the holding and separating wall 3. Because the narrow upper surface 6a is an oblique surface directed obliquely downward, small parts 15 surely stop on the holding and separating wall 3 when the strut 6 comes to the lowering operation position. At an elevating operation position, small parts 15 slide obliquely downward to a carrier channel 11 over the holding and separating wall 3. A measuring plate which is provided with a projecting part and a gap and is fitted on an upper part of the strut 6 determines how many small parts are led to the carrier channel 11 every time the strut 6 is elevated.
