PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope system device, which improves operation effectiveness by reducing space set for the whole device, making a monitor vision movable freely to desired position, making all the peripheral movable at once by an operator in sitting position. SOLUTION: A body 1A includes TV camera device 4, a light source device 5, a pneumatic device 6, an electric surgical knife 7 and so on. A sheet portion 3 is combined with the body in one unit. A monitor display 11 is installed by a monitor fixer arm 12 composed with a rotating portion 14, a portion 13 and a prop 15 at upper portion of the body 1. When an operator moves in sitting position, relative position to the device does not change.
