PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with unjust practices by regulating the operation as defense to unjust electromagnetic waves caused by unjust use of players. SOLUTION: The control device 3 mounted in the pachinko slot machine (Y) is equipped with the detection circuit 4, the judgment circuit 5, the control circuit 6, and the reset means 7. The detection circuit 4 receives and detects electromagnetic waves from outside using the metallic member material 1 of the door of the pachinko slot machine as antenna. The judgment circuit 5 discriminates the frequency band and the intensity of said electromagnetic waves and judges that said electromagnetic waves are unjust. The control circuit 6 does the control output 61 of the start function turn off of the handle of the above pachinko slot machine based on the output from said judgment circuit 5. The handle is related to the revolution drive of the reel. And the control circuit 6 does the warning display output 62. The reset means 7 releases the control output 61 and the warning display output 62 of said control circuit 6, and makes the start function of the handle restored.
