The inner jacket 16 has one end which may be equipped with a tear stripe 20 or tie member 28 which provides a means for removing the inner foodstuff 14 from the outerjacket 12. The jacket 16 has a tab 18 on one end which can be grasped by the fingers 38 of the user to help remove the jacket 16 from inside the outer foodstuff 12.
