PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a thermally adhesive conjugate fiber which has excellent thermal adhesivity to polyester fibers including polyethylene terephthalate fibers at low temperature, and can give a nonwoven fabric having a soft touch without generating a trouble caused by the thermally adhesive component on the production process. SOLUTION: This thermally adhesive conjugate fiber comprises a polyester and a copolyester comprising terephthalic acid component, a 6 to 12C aliphatic and/or alicyclic dicarboxylic acid component, isophthalic acid component, and trimethylene glycol component, wherein the copolyester is disposed so as to be exposed to at least the surface of the fiber.
