PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily package without using a tray even a ftesh vegetable such as a 'maitake' mushroom which transpires greatly, and to increase general- purpose properties, flexibility, and progressive properties by securing enough gas permeability and vapor permeability. SOLUTION: A fresh vegetable is stored between first packaging sheet using a synthetic resin film and second packaging sheet 3 using a non-woven cloth fusible to the first packaging sheet 2. The peripheries of the sheet 1 and sheet 3 are fused together for packaging the fresh vegetable.
