PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable printer capable of performing printing operation rapidly and accurately without looking an operation part. SOLUTION: The operation part 30 of a portable printer 10 has a feed button 32, a printing button 34 and a status lamp 36 arranged thereto side by side and these buttons or the like are covered with a keyboard panel 70 comprising a plastic sheet. The keyboard panel 70 is protruded at the position of the printing button 34 in a two-stage fashion by double emboss so that the printing button is formed into a shape clearly different from that of the other buttons.
