PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pure water production apparatus improved such that high desalting performance of an electric dialysis apparatus is exhibited for a long period, by utilizing the electric dialysis apparatus. SOLUTION: This pure water production apparatus consists of a mixed bed type resin tower and a decarboxylation membrane module which are arranged in series in optional order and the electric dialysis device arranged in succession to them.
