<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perishable food-preserving tool capable of preserving perishable foods for a long period. SOLUTION: This tool 10 is intended to be used in a refrigerator and preserve perishable foods such as vegetables and fruits, and comprises a stand 11 for putting such perishable foods thereon and a sheet material 12 for wrapping the above foods put on the stand 11; wherein the stand 11 is composed of a plurality of water-nonabsorbing rodlike materials 16 and thready members 17, 18 tying the rodlike materials 16 together so as to enable them to be folded back, while the sheet material 12 is composed of a water-permeable, waterproof sheet 13 with sufficiently high mechanical strength as surface layer, a highly water-absorbing, water-holding sheet 14 with a given thickness as intermediate layer, and a water-impermeable resin or rubber sheet 15 as underlayer.</p> |
