PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic suction type ink recording device capable of realizing stabile and uniform supply and holding of ink by an ink meniscus so as to realize high quality printing. SOLUTION: An ink recording device comprises a supporting member having a slit opening part and providing a liquid chamber to be filled with ink communicating with the opening part, a power feeder capable of supplying a charge to the ink, a counter electrode disposed facing to the opening part, a driving power source circuit for applying a voltage between the power feeder and the counter electrode, and a recording position changing means, wherein the ink supply to the liquid chamber can be controlled surface easily by forming a capillary tube-like channel having a relatively large flow resistance as an introduction part to an ink supply path adjacent to the liquid chamber so as to enable high quality recording. |
