PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stabler rotational output. SOLUTION: A prescribed casing 13 is provided with a sun roller 4 for co- rotating concentrically with a high speed shaft 2, a planetary roller 5, an annular wheel 6 for rotating concentrically with the high speed shaft 2 by rotation of the planetary roller 5, a rotor 7 for revolving while autorotating by abutting to an outer peripheral surface of the annular wheel 6, a rotor support member for supporting the rotor 7, an assisting wheel for assisting autorotation and revolution of the rotor 7, a shift wheel 10 for rotating around the high speed shaft 2 in a state of allowing an inner peripheral surface to abut to a surface of the rotor 7, a transmission means for transmitting rotation of the shift wheel 10 to a low speed shaft 3 and an abutting position changing means for changing an abutting position of the shift wheel 10 to the rotor 7, and the planetary roller 5 is rotatably journalled around a press-in shaft 53 fixed in the easing 13.
