PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the machining cost. SOLUTION: When a fastening bolt 3 is driven, a hold-down member 2 rotates downward around its circular arc portion 2b as fulcrum to cause a pressing part 2a to press the pressure receiving surface 6a of a guide rail 6 so that the contacting surface 6b is pressed to the reference surface 1b of a mounting member 1, and the guide rail 6 is located in place. In this condition, a fixing bolt 4 is tightened so that the guide rail 6 is secured to a mounting seat 1a. Because the fixing surface 1d is not protruding above the mounting seat 1a and there is no restriction on the width of a tool for machining the seat 1a likely caused by protrusion of the fixing surface 1d, the seat 1a can be processed with a commercially available tool economically without use of any proprietary tool ordered particularly, and further because the fixing surface 1d is not inclined but formed vertically, it can also be machined at low cost with an ordinary tool without use of any proprietray tool.
