SOLUTION: An excellent of Citrus reticulata is an anti-inflammatory agent excellent in erythema-inhibiting effect and the cosmetics for sensitive skin are brought to contain the extract. The cosmetic material for sensitive skin of the invention prevents aging of the skin and is excellent in improving skin properties.
