SOLUTION: This three-dimensional photocatalyst device is constituted so that this device has an excitation light emitting tube and a plurality of belt-like photocatalyst filters provided for surrounding the excitation light emitting tube radially and the intervals between the adjacent photocatalyst filters are formed so that the excitation light emitting tube can move in the radial direction at least at one location.
