<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively inhibit layer-to-layer separation between the outside end of a belt layer 24 in the cross direction and a belt reinforcing layer 31. SOLUTION: When a tire H runs, the outside end of a belt layer 24 in the cross direction is elongated largely to the peripheral direction while a belt reinforcing layer 31 is almost free of elongated, causing repetitive peripheral strain in a rubber located therebetween. A relaxing rubber layer 41 is arranged in an area, where the peripheral strain is caused, to absorb the peripheral strain and inhibit the occurrence of separation.</p> |
