<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain stable desulfurizing performance of waste gas and also to reduce chemical consumption of a desulfurizing device by supporting the most suitable feed rate of an anti- forming agent to an absorbing solution of an absorption tower. SOLUTION: In a process in which the waste gas is introduced into the absorption tower, and the absorbing solution containing limestone slurry being a desulfurizing agent is brought into contact with the waste gas to absorb sulfur oxides and the absorbing solution is stored at an absorbing solution storage part, and the anti-foaming agent is added at the absorbing solution storage part and the absorbing solution is again brought into contact with the waste gas, the solution composition 13 at the absorbing solution storage part is calculated from fuel quantity 1, waste gas flow rate 3, HCl concentration 5 in the waste gas, absorbing solution volume in the absorbing solution storage part, magnesium concentration 15 in the limestone slurry, limestone slurry flow rate 8 supplied into the absorption tower, absorbing solution feed rage 9 to a dehydrator for removing gypsum from the absorbing solution storage part, desulfurized waste water flow rate 11 from the dehydrator for removing gypsum and anti- foaming agent feed rate 12 to the absorbing solution, and Cl- concentration 14, Mg2+ concentration 15 and anti-forming agent concentration 16 in the absorbing solution are calculated from the solution composition 13 and the most suitable anti-foaming agent feed rate 18 to the absorbing solution is controlled.</p> |
