<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preserving packages of Brassica Rapa capable of elongating a shelf life and easily setting a condition and having modified atmosphere(MA) effect. SOLUTION: This method for preserving Brassica Rapa is to preserve packages of Brassica Rapa at a temperature T ( deg.C) with satisfying the equations, 0<T<=25 and 12.458lnP-26.384<=T<=10.446lnP+1.1375 (formula 1), where P (cc/g/day/atm) is the amount of oxygen permeation and T ( deg.C) is a preservation temperature of the packages of Brassica Rapa.</p> |
