<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method and apparatus for producing sterile active medium capable of retaining a stable quality for a long time, not influenced from an environmental variation, temperature change, etc., free from an organic material and bacillus. The active medium is used as a biomaterial, microbial activator for a septic tank and a general liquid-waste treatment and to reduce malodor of poultry house, piggery, etc., and to improve the environment by diluting the solution and making the chicken and pig, etc., to drink it. SOLUTION: This method and apparatus for producing a sterile active medium having metabolite of microorganism of soil such as leaf mold, etc., or livestock waste such as animal feces, etc., is produced by obtaining magnet treated water including minerals by soaking rock having magnetism and mineral or mineral material comprising a ceramic in water and aerating for 1-5 days, soaking soil such as leaf mold or microbial material comprising livestock waste such as animal feces, etc., in the treated water and (forced aerating) for 10-20 days to promote a proliferative response of the microorganism and it's metabolite using mineral included in the rock or ceramic as the activating catalyst and then hyperventilating for 10-20 days.</p> |
