<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sort waste plastic and metals, etc., from domestic waste in a bale shape and to recover them as resources. SOLUTION: The domestic waste in the bale shape is charged into a biaxial shearing type crusher and crushed by the crusher and the waste plastic and impurities constituting the domestic waste are turned into pieces. The waste plastic and the impurities are sorted from the crushed domestic waste by a swing type sorter and the sorted waste plastic is recovered as fuel or raw materials for a blast furnace.
