PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gingival treatment tool which is covered over a dentition of a patient, cleans and sterilizes teeth and a gum part by feeding a liquid (lukewarm water) and a chemical thereto, massages the gingiva parts to treat the periodontics, etc., and prevents these diseases. SOLUTION: Tooth bites 10 (101 and 102) are provided with grooves 11 (111 and 112) to be matched with the dentition, and the grooves 11 are covered over the dentition in cleaning the dentition and gingiva. Numeral 12 (121 and 122) denotes oscillators provided on the tooth bites. Numeral 20 denotes a controller to give the liquid and the driving force to the tooth bites 10, numeral 21 denotes a chemical bottle, numeral 22 denotes a waste chemical bottle, numeral 31 denotes a liquid (gas) feed and discharge hose 31 and numeral 32 denotes an electric cord. After the tooth bites 10 are covered over the dentition, the liquid is fed into the groove 11 of the tooth bites 10 through the liquid feed hose 31, and the oscillators 12 are driven through the electric cord 32 to clean or massage the dentition and gingiva.
