<p>PURPOSE:To prevent relaxation from being generated by forming each a tapered part on a bolt hole formed in a stem member inserted and fixed in a thigh bone and in a thigh bone fixing member and on a clamping bolt and to complete rapidly an operation by making a jointing mechanism of the stem member and the thigh bone fixing member convenient. CONSTITUTION:A thigh bone fixing member 1 and a tibia fixing member 2 are screw-bound through a screw channel 3a and a stem member 4 has a fixing part 4b for fixing to the thigh bone fixing member 1 and a bolt hole 4c is provided. The thigh bone fixing member 1 and the stem member 4 are fixed by inserting a clamping bolt 5 in bolt holes 1d, 1e and 4c and clamping them through a screw channel 4d in such a way that the tapered part 5a of the clamping bolt 5 is brought into contact with the tapered face 1f of the bolt hole 1e. In addition, as the clamping bolt 5 is forwarded in the depth, the clamping bolt is bent a little by a little and as the tapered part 5a of the clamping bolt 5 is brought into strong press-contact with the tapered face 1f of the bolt hole 1e by the elastic force, both fixing members l and 4 are turned to a press-bonded condition and no relaxation occurs.</p> |
