PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member for the contact, slide, fitting and decoration having a surface treatment structure which is low in contact resistance, excellent in lubrication properties and wear resistance and favorable in any applications of the contact, slide, fitting or decoration, and a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: The surface treatment structure 1 obtained by forming plating layers on the surface of a base material 2 comprises a lubrication plating layer 5 comprising a plating layer of a metal matrix containing particles 4 with lubricity, and a precious metal plating layer 7 formed on the lubrication plating layer 5. A diffusion preventive plating layer 3 comprising a metal plating layer is preferably formed under the lubrication plating layer 5, and a joining layer 6 comprising a precious metal strike plating layer is preferably formed between the lubrication plating layer 5 and the precious metal plating layer 7. |
