PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent environmental pollution and to surface-finish a workpiece at a low cost by repeatedly using polishing fluid. SOLUTION: Drainage discharged from a rotary drum 3 in which polishing fluid, polishing stones and workpiece and charged is sorted into the polishing fluid, the polishing stones and the workpiece with the use of sorting pans formed at their bottoms with holes. The polishing fluid filtered through a filter storage part 6 is reserved in a reservoir pan 5, and is then sucked up by a gear pump and supplied into the drum 3 again. |
