PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal prosthesis for a shoulder joint capable of attaining a method of fixture for firmly fixing a tendon to a prosthesis, maintaining the fixing for a long time and enduring the load to recover the natural movement of the shoulder joint with a simple means. SOLUTION: This invention relates to an internal prosthesis for a shoulder joint comprising a handle part 1 with a prosthesis head 2 to be fixed inside a humerus and a spheroid joint head. The prosthesis head 2 has a large number of holes 3 on the outer surface, and pins 5 for engaging tubecular pieces 4 can be punched into the holes 3 without and with fitting into the holes.
