PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition, especially, a polyester resin composition, having good frictional properties and having improved productivity and dispersedness in spite of containing particles in a high concentration. SOLUTION: This composition is a resin composition containing a resin and 0.01-70 wt.% particles based on a metal oxide, wherein at least the surface of each particle contains 0.001-5 mol%, based on the metal atoms (A) of the metal oxide, metal atoms (B) other than atoms A. It is desirable that the resin is a polyester. It is desirable that the particles are agglomerated silica particles, and the metal atom B is an aluminum atom. In this case, it is desirable that the agglomerated silica particles have a mean primary particle diameter of 5-30 nm and a mean secondary particle diameter of 0.2-20μm. This composition is used to form, for example, a film or a laminated film containing at least one layer of the film.
