PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a low-cost rough ball even in small quantity in a short machining time and in the freely settable size of spherical diameter. SOLUTION: A diamond wheel with powder diamond electrodeposited, a regulation wheel made of rubber, and a metal blade of plate shape are mounted, and a cylindrical barstock to be material for the rough ball is machined to manufacture balls.
