PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently recover oil floating near the liquid surface of treating liquid such as working liquid and washing liquid. SOLUTION: By sucking the treating liquid A stored in a storage part near the liquid surface, the ratio of the oil stored in a separation tank 4 is increased. Raised pieces 17 capable of being brought down are provided on the outer periphery of a rotary drum 14 provided in the separation tank 4. Thus, the oil mixed in the treating liquid A housed in the separation tank 4 is stuck over the wide area of the outer periphery of the rotary drum 14 and the raised pieces 17 and the downward dripping of the oil is suppressed by scooping up the oil by the raised pieces 17. Further, by bringing the raised pieces 17 down at the time of bringing them into contact with a scraper 18, the oil stuck to the outer periphery of the rotary drum 14 and the raised pieces 17 is efficiently recovered.
