PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous washing machine and a washing method capable of efficiently removing the soil derived from protein mainly composed of blood stain in the process of washing by use of hydrogen peroxide or a hydrogen peroxide generating matter as bleaching agent. SOLUTION: This washing machine 100 comprises a washing unit 110, a spin drier 13, a detergent dilution and dissolution tank 14, a bleaching agent dilution tank 15, a laundry input water tank 19, a laundry input port 21, a recycle tank 22, and spin recovered water recycle tank 23. The discharged liquid discharged from the recycle tank 22, the discharged liquid discharged from the spin recovered water recycle tank 23, and a recovered water processing agent diluted solution discharged from a recovered water processing agent dissolution tank 2 are transferred to the laundry input water tank 19 by the operation of pumps, respectively.
