PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaner for kitchen, lavatory, floor, other construction, car, various kind of metal products and so on, which has superior efficiency and durability for washing, is freely changeable detergent painting or impregnation quantity from small to large and brings not sticky, but favorable dry feeling. SOLUTION: A flexible soft forming body is painted or impregnated in liquid compound of detergent, self-emulsified urethane resin emulsion having hydroxyl group in molecules and hardener, then dried.
