PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror attaching structure allowing a user to attach a mirror by one action easily, to turn the mirror in a requested direction to use the mirror conveniently. SOLUTION: A square attaching member 16 is rotatably mounted at the tip of an attaching shaft 13 projecting on the rear side of a mirror 4 by way of a ball joint mechanism, and a square hole 18 to be engaged with the attaching member 16 is formed on a matching member to which the mirror 4 is attached. A position-determining stopper 21 and dropping-preventive lock pieces 22 are mounted on the outer surface of the attaching member 16. The dropping-preventive lock pieces 22 are to be engaged with the rear side of the matching member, with the stopper 21 abutting to the front side of the matching member when the attaching member 16 is inserted into the square hole 18. Therefore, the mirror 4 can be attached only by pushing the attaching member 16 into the square hole 18 of the matching member and the mirror 4 can be turned in a requested direction and at a requested angle.
