摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for manufacturing a resilient roller capable of finishing the surface into a smooth and flat cylindrical shape with a high accuracy, eliminating dispersion of the electric resistance value by making uniform the thickness of a coating film layer, preventing the coating material from sputtering to outside, decreasing the loss of material, and reducing the cost required to maintain the environment. SOLUTION: A charged coating of electroconductive powder is applied by spraying to the inner surface of a cylindrical mould 1, attached by suction by static electricity, heated to a temperature over the melting point to cause melting, and cooled and hardened so that a coating film layer 5 is established, and then inside the layer 5 is filled with a resilient substance 16 so that it is in tight attachment to the layer 5, followed by releasing the mould 1 therefrom 5.
