PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite formed product whose formability, processability (drawability, and the like) and physical properties (strength, and the like) are not affected by a functional ingredient added to the formed product, and which permits the large reduction in the content of the functional ingredient, is thereby advantageous in the production cost, can sufficiently and quickly exhibit the original excellent functional properties, such as a deodorizing property and an antimicrobial property, of the functional ingredient, and is further highly safe even when used so as to be brought into contact with a human body, and to provide a method for producing the composite formed product. SOLUTION: This bonded type composite formed product comprising an inside component X and an outside component Y is obtained by coextruding a first resin (H) and a second resin (L) containing especially at least one functional ingredient (A) selected from the group consisting catechins, saponins, tea leaf powder, tear leaf extracts, and tannin (tannic acid) at a higher temperature than the melting points of the components so that the first resin (H) and the second resin (L) containing the functional ingredient (A) are disposed as the inside component X and the outside component Y, respectively.
