PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cooling performance of a radiator and prevent overheating of an engine. SOLUTION: A cab-over vehicle comprises an air-conditioner condenser 1 horizontally installed in front of a radiator 6 under a floor panel F1 and an electric fan 2 provided at the upper part of the air-conditioner condenser 1 via a fan guide 3, where an L-shaped air duct 4 is provided for the fan guide 3 with its vertical cylinder portion 402 located along the inner face of a back wall 301 of the fan guide 3 and its horizontal cylinder portion 401 protruding penetrated through the back wall 301 toward the radiator 6, whereby a part of air from the electric fan 2 is forcedly guided to the radiator 6, before passing through the air-conditioner condenser 1.
