PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glaucoma diagnosing system capable of eliminating the difficulty in an early diagnosis of glaucoma caused by nonuniformity in illumination of the eyeground to the possible minimum level. SOLUTION: Glaucoma is diagnosed by constructing an eyeground image on the basis of reflected light intensity ratio data obtained by dividing G component image data corresponding to reflected light intensity of a G component or B component image data corresponding to reflected light intensity of a B component by using the sum total of the G component image data, the B component image data and R component image data corresponding to reflected light intensity of an R component on respective parts of an eyeground image FB photographed by a color photographing fundus camera Q.
