PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum intermediate plate which can improve working properties, etc., in a multi-stage press during manufacturing a printed substrate and use an inexpensive resin material. SOLUTION: At least one side of a thin aluminum plate 1 is coated with a release layer 2 containing an epoxy resin and a silicone resin. The weight ratio of the epoxy resin to the silicone resin, which constitute the release layer 2, is 100/(5-100). In the aluminum constituting the aluminum plate 1, the tensile strength is at least 300 N/mm2, and the bearing force is at least 280 N/mm2. |
