PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary tool excellent in a vibration-damping character, by eliminating causing of insensible symptoms, cold feeling, formication, itchy painful feeling, composition destruction, etc., even when the tool is used for a long time. SOLUTION: This vibration-damping rotary tool 10 comprises a rotary tool 12 and a case frame 14 receiving in its inside the rotary tool 12. At least a grip part 14A of the case frame 14 is constituted of a vibration-damping steel plate. The vibration damping steel plate is constituted by interposing a visco- elastic resin between two sheets of steel plates.
