FLOATATION AND SEPARATION METHOD FOR SOLID IN SEWAGE SEPTIC TANK AND SEWAGE SEPTIC TANK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for causing the floatation and separation of the solids included in treatment sewage without requiring pressure resistance and hermeticity as the device and a sewage septic tank using the method. SOLUTION: The sewage containing the solids is made acidic by supplying either or both of carbonate and bicarbonate into the treatment sewage, by which carbon dioxide is generated. The solids are floated by utilizing the generated gaseous carbon dioxide. This sewage septic tank 1 is constituted by disposing a supplying device 12 for either or both of the carbonate and the bicarbonate and a supplying device 13 for a pH lowering agent (for example, an acid) for making the treatment sewage containing the solids acidic in the treatment sewage in a tank 11 separating the solids.
