摘要 The spherical aberration of an optical beam is determined by focusing the beam, and dividing its cross-section in at least two concentric zones. The sub-beams passing through the zones are focused each on a focus-detection system. The distance between the positions of the two foci is a measure for the spherical aberration present in the beam.
